"I write in connection with my recent visits to see Dr Kachhala
I had been suffering with a sensitive tooth for about a week. I phoned the Kenilworth Dental Practice, was seen on the same day and after on initial x-ray, was put on a course of antibiotics. These worked fine up to a point. However, some weeks later and following a routine six monthly visit, the problem with the tooth started up again. I phoned in and was yet again seen on the same day. This time and after a second x-ray, I was told that on attempt would be made to fill the tooth, but should this fail, I may require the tooth to be removed. A few days later and after a successful totally pain-free filling (only three days before Christmas), my problem tooth seems fine.
Throughout my visits, I was kept fully informed by Mr Kachhala at every stage of my treatment. All possible options were fully explained and both Mr Kachhala and all the reception staff were at all times bath friendly and professional. The emergency filling carried out on Friday, 22nd December was totally painless. Both times I phoned with my problem, I was seen on the same day.
